His Excellency Eliud T. Williams D.A.H. speaking to the theme at DAT’s AGM
When the Dominica Association of Teachers held its 18th Annual General Meeting at the Garraway Hotel in Roseau, on April 8, it could not have selected a better person to deliver the Feature Address. His Excellency Eliud T. Williams presented on the theme: “Policy Making Processes: the Role of the Classroom Teacher”. The address was thoughtfully and thoroughly prepared and presented. In fact it was so well received that teachers across the island who are at different institutions of higher learning are asking for copies of the address.
The DAT has sought the permission of Mr. Williams to make copies available to the public particularly teachers. The link below will give you access to a PDF copy of the entire speech.
